The Sales and Service Experience
The online experience and contract was straight forward with Grossman Chevrolet (http://www.grossmanautos.com). Our salesman was Ralph Coppola who made sure everything went smooth, including taking delivery of the Tahoe from another site, getting the Simonizing taken care of, and giving the truck a once-over. There were some scratches on the passenger side window which they replaced today while we discussed the experiences of the mechanic related to the hybrids, so far.
The service department took care of everything with no questions asked, finished everything quickly, and were very personable.
Tomorrow we are going to discuss the general 'feel' of the vehicle within the first 300 miles of usage. So far as general options available in the vehicle, I have noticed no difference in the features available in our fully loaded 2007 standard Tahoe LTZ, which had a similar initial cost. However, there are some definite differences in the driving 'feel.'
