Guest Editorial: For Non-Technicals Entering Our Technical World


I believe the industry doesn't value training for the Non-Technical (NT) personnel out there supporting the technical SME's. On-boarding for NT personnel beyond their function is very important for many reasons including but not limited to: frontline communications with internal and external customers (co-workers or clients) and vendors. If you've never discussed the business you're in with accounting, administrative staff or your business development support/production teams - you have done yourself a great disservice. The learning curve for NT's can be huge!
