Your right the media and the government have blown all of this " Ressession" up. there has been a small downturn in the Auto market, though the rest of us are doing fine. I think the media is hiding the fact that this downturn is caused by the greed of the Oil companies (Whom tells the gov what to do) with the false skyrocketing of fuel prices, coupled with the overvalued housing prices (driven by the greedy banks giving out bad loans) people can cut back on food, clothes, and entertainment, but they cannot cut back on fuel used for transportation to and from work, and heating of the homes. it came to the decision that people had to make, pay the mortgage or purchase Fuel to get to work, well you have to get to work.. so CRASH! goes the housing market.
OK my American is showing.
