I concur!
When I hired with GM I was only promised 1.5 years. I will end up with more than 23 years in our facility.
Through some good programs, I not only obtained my Journeyman's card as an electrician, but have just earned my Associate degree as well.
I earned level two certification in infrared and took a class with Success by Design in EMD.
Not bad for someone who was supposed to only last a couple years...
