1. Use of the
materials on this site is
for increased knowledge of
the industry and
SUCCESS by DESIGN clients
and prospects and implies
acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
2. Use of materials by SUCCESS by
DESIGN competitors, as determined by
SUCCESS by DESIGN, without
expressed written permission is a violation of
copyright law. SUCCESS by DESIGN
is not responsible for the illegal misuse of our
materials. Such issues will be, first,
submitted through the National Writers Union
Grievance committee (UAW Local 1981) for
investigation and to determine further action as
reserved by SUCCESS by DESIGN.
3. Use of materials or advice provided by
SUCCESS by DESIGN, it's employees,
partners, affiliates, and all others, implies the
understanding that you will hold SUCCESS by
DESIGN, its owner, employees, partners,
affiliates, and all others harmless for any reason.
4. SUCCESS by DESIGN's
liability, in any manner, is limited to the amount
paid for that advice or direct cost associated with
that project, other than expenses.
5. Any issues related to SUCCESS by
DESIGN are applicable to Connecticut Law and
the USA.
Just a quick note on email and telephone
inquiries:
SUCCESS by DESIGN is a
for-profit venture. Our contract clients,
partners, book customers, and class attendees
invest in access to our knowledge.
Unfortunately, we have had excessive abuse of
our time in the past, including from people who
have attended competitor courses and received
poor information. Therefore, we have put a
payment policy in place for technical support
and inquiries.
If you do not fall into the categories above,
please expect to be asked for a credit card
number prior to receiving an answer. For
work requiring research or onsite support, we
will be happy to provide a quotation first.
