Who is SUCCESS by DESIGN?
With locations in Connecticut and Illinois,
SUCCESS by DESIGN is strategically located
to handle both domestic USA and global projects.
Our staff, partnerships, and networked resources are

reliability. We have gone to great lengths to
preserve the knowledge of the RME&E (Reliability,
Maintenance, Energy and Environment) industry to
help you get back up to speed as your workforce
transitions.

As the Baby-Boomer generation retires and the
Baby-Boom Echo generation enters to take their
place, the knowledge gap is already impacting the

In the case of forensic analysis, we can bring
the necessary forces to bear that will provide for
accurate, conclusive findings and corrective
actions. We have the confidence and capability
of discussing issues with internal personnel and/or
vendors, as necessary.

Pricing
Our billing methods are flexible from hourly
rates to value-oriented pricing, depending upon the
type of project and/or your accounting system.
Our hourly rates are high, as is our experience,
although our overall project costs are low, because
of effectiveness, and, through proper coaching of
your staff, the long-range benefits pay themselves
back many times over.

Dr
Howard W Penrose, CMRP, has over 25 years in the RME&E
business from shop floor, to academia, to
professional societies, to management. He is
presently the Executive Director of the Institute of
Electrical Motor Diagnostics, Inc., serves on the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,
Inc. DEIS Board of Directors, and more. He is
the author of a number of books and studies
including the 'Skilled Workforce in the 21st
Century,' 'Physical Asset Management for the
Executive,' and, 'Electrical Motor Diagnostics: 2nd
Edition.'
