SUCCESS by DESIGN is a
for-profit venture. Our contract clients,
partners, book customers, and class attendees
invest in access to our knowledge.
Unfortunately, we have had excessive abuse of
our time in the past, including from people who
have attended competitor courses and received
poor information. Therefore, we have put a
payment policy in place for technical support
and inquiries.
If you do not fall into the categories above,
please expect to be asked for a credit card
number prior to receiving an answer. For
work requiring research or onsite support, we
will be happy to provide a quotation first.

Please remember that while we are available to
answer your questions SBD contracted clients come
first.
If you are an existing SBD client, or requesting
a quotation, email us and don't get a response within 24
hours, please try again. Occasionally our email
server gets backed up, virus checkers get
over-enthusiastic (except for what they should be
catching), and/ or our reply may have bounced
for one reason or another.
General inquiries and non-SBD client or partner
technical questions:

Are handled on a first come, first serve
basis.

Technical support is billed at $75 USD per
quarter hour, rounded up, plus expenses where
applicable, and payable by Visa or Mastercard
prior to a response.

Book purchases and class attendees receive one
free hour of technical support, a $300 value.

Does not include RFQ's or requests for
information on SBD classes or services.
